Gary Mulcahy
Gary has been involved in the IT
industry since 1982, where he began tutoring students in BASIC
programming at Northeastern State University, and trouble-shooting
programs written in COBOL and FORTRAN. Gary formed his own company
in 1989, GMM Enterprises, which focused on assembly, configuration, and
maintenance of personal computer systems, and software quality
improvement consulting to large and small businesses. Gary is a
Certified Quality Analyst, (CQA) and Certified Software Test Engineer,
(CSTE), through the Quality Assurance Institute, (QAI), out of
Orlando, Florida. The QAI certifications are internationally
recognized as proven demonstration of knowledge and skill in the areas
of software quality processes and software quality control.

Charlotte Berta
Charlotte received her B.S. from
the University of San Francisco. She worked in the aerospace industry
for 11 years as a Planner and Senior Operations Control Analyst, and for
5 years at the California State University Sacramento Foundation as the
grants and contracts administrator. In 1995 Charlotte formed
a successful company called Data to Information, or DTI. DTI
focused on business process assessment, data flow definition, data
output formatting, data display, and data verification and
validation. Charlotte is also a Certified Quality Analyst, (CQA),
and Certified Software Test Engineer, (CSTE), through the Quality
Assurance Institute.
In 1997 Gary and Charlotte merged
their companies to form the foundation to Ranch River Group, Inc.
Both, Gary and Charlotte are
members of the Sacramento Area Quality Association, (SAQA), (http://www.saqa.org),
a non-profit organization dedicated to disseminating and raising the
awareness of software quality improvement principles.
